I am so glad you found me! As a doula, I am here to create a safe, warm, loving environment through your pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum.
A little about me- I was raised in California, but moved to Utah when I was 13. Holistic medicine was my upbringing. My dad owned an herbal medicinal company growing up, so I was taught the value of the earth and what she brings to us.
As an adult, I settled down in Salt Lake Valley with my little “fake farm” as I like to call it. I have always been an animal lover, so, naturally, I have lots! A couple of cats, a couple of dogs, some ducks, and a good slew of chickens can be seen roaming around at all times. Gardening and working with Mother Earth have always brought me peace. I also LOVE to cook. If that’s a love language, cooking for others is mine. Give me a good trivia fact and I’m your best friend.
From a very young age, being a birth worker was my dream. I am so excited to help you through yours.

It is my goal as your doula to see the vision for your birth. I wholeheartedly believe that every birthing person deserves to feel safe, taken care of, seen, and heard. Through the initial visits, I will get to know you and your people to create the best birthing experience we can. We are all in your corner:
My doula services include:
3 Prenatal visits
Support throughout pregnancy with calls or texts when you need me
Continuous support throughout the labor and birth
2 Postpartum follow up visits
I follow the Traditional Chinese Medicine method of placenta encapsulation. This means each placenta is treated with the care and reverence it deserves. The placenta is steamed with warming herbs of lemon and ginger, then dehydrated, encapsulated, and returned to you within the first few days of postpartum.
This package includes:
Pick up of the placenta from your space
Packaging in amber bottles to protect from UV rays
Preparation of capsules in a sterile environment.
Delivery of the capsules
This service is not limited to clients only. I am happy to provide for any birthing persons
